Mgr. Kristýna Turková
She graduated from the Faculty of Humanities of Charles University and graduated from the University of South Bohemia as a teacher for primary school and secondary school.
She studied Montessori pedagogy for children from birth to three years old in Denver with Judi Orion, M.A. (2010-2011), for children from three to six years old in Munich with Maria Roth (2007-2008) and for children from six to twelve years old with Kay Baker, PhD in Prague (2014-2016). She completed an Orientation Montessori course for the age 12-18 years with Jenny Höglund (2022). All under the auspices of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), founded by Dr. Maria Montessori herself in 1929 to ensure the highest quality education for future Montessori teachers.
In 2015 she attended and interpreted a course on Montessori school management with Peter Davidson (USA), in 2017 she participated in the International Montessori Congress in Prague and in 2019 in the Lead Montessori International Meeting of Montessori school directors and owners. In November 2023 she was one of the speaker in the regional conference in Opava. She is currently a trainer in training with Association Montessori Internationale and from 2021 she is learning with Carla Foster and Kyla Morenz how to teach Montessori pedagogy to future Montessori teachers.
She has visited various Montessori preschools and schools in the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, USA and Armenia as part of the development of international cooperation.
She and her husband are raising two daughters.
